lamentable

Saqué las entradas por aquí hace mucho tiempo. Llegué 2 h antes a Galileo Galilei para coger sitio y cuando llego me dicen q si no tengo reserva me tengo q ir arriba. En ningún momento (ni en entradiu Mehr lesenm ni en la sala ponía cómo ni donde reservar) La sala no asume responsabilidad..y entradium?? Me parece lamentable q si no lo sabes con anterioridad y en ningún sitio lo pone, me tenga q quedar sin sitio. Corríjanlo para el siguiente concierto o evento en la sala o denme una explicación convincente
